Cancellation :
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 3 days before
arrival.
- In case of no Show guest will be charge TOTAL price .
Modification :
- The guest can modify free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they modify in the 3 days before
arrival.
- In case of no Show guest will be charge TOTAL price.
Deposit , Damage and Rules:
- The property keeps the right of taking deposit for every reservation if they see the
need of it .
- Amount of deposit will be according to the amount of the reservation and type of
apartment so it can cover potential damages and days that the apartments want be
used. ( usually double of the amount of reservation )
- In case any damages are made, the property keeps the right of charging the guest by
cash or by credit card provided from them for the reservation made.
- The Damage will be calculated according to the invoice issued from the company for
repairing and the days property lost to rent the apartment to potential clients.
- The property has the right to call authorities ( Police ) for every damage if the guests
doesn't accept the damage they made.
- Every guest is obligated to respect the Accommodation rules
a) respect the neighbor privacy and no noise until 22pm
b) The interior of the apartment must be kept as it was when entering the
apartment . Any damages made must be paid.
c) No additional people are allowed inside the apartments except the one booked.
